要获得比较精准的国际运输报价，您需要提供相对完整信息给国际物流公司，以便让他们查询相对准确的运输费用，如果您询问，运到新加坡多少钱，运到加拿大多少钱，运到英国多少钱，1 公斤运到泰国多少钱，1 个集装箱到澳洲多少钱，空运到俄罗斯多少钱，等等… 这样的问当然没错，但不是有效的提问。一般国际物流公司也不能凭这样的提问，回复你想要的询价。

当然，如果您只想了解个大概，可以多问几家物流公司，参考他们如何回复，综合起来估算运费，但是，一般都不准确。凭你的问题，物流公司就能判断你是否有意愿运输，是否花时间在你的提问上。作为托运人的你可能会以物流公司的响应速度，耐心，专业性，价格等各种因素来决定是否采用哪家公司承运货物，这就是所谓的印象分。很多物流公司这方面做得比较好，但是绝地大多数物流公司不能千篇一律的耐心回复。比如我们公司在这方面做得有所欠缺，更依赖于客户提供比较完整的信息，以便回复准确的报价。

运费方式 – 不同的运输方式，决定货物的运输时效，空运相对快过海运，但受各种因素影响，以及目的国不同，难以判定空运就一定快

To get an accurate quotation you need provide some useful information to a international shipping company, with the information you offered, logistics company could check a series cost to you. if you send inquiry with simple questions, such as “how much ship to Singapore”,“How much ship to Canada”,“How much ship to UK”,“How much send 1 kg to Thailand”,“How much ship a container to Australia”,“How much air freight to Russia”…etc. you can ask a forwarder like this way, but unable to get proper offer by reply 

If you only wanted to know a rough cost, you should paste the same question to ask more than several logistics company, then estimate the cost. actually, with your casual question, many logistics companies are able to speculate that whether you actual have a shipment going to be shipped sooner or not. most of them have no intention at your inquiry.  

as a consignor you may consider some factors to a logistics company, for its respond timing, patience, professional… then make the decision. most of lot can respond you sooner or later, but some did not good enough.
